In all honestly, hypnotherapy can be helpful in most situations and for all kinds of issues. Where are you located?
I offer face-to-face sessions at a beautiful therapy room in Houghton le Spring. If distance is an issue (or you just prefer) I can also work online as hypnotherapy is just as effective.
How much does it cost?
The price of therapy very much depends on the issue and how many sessions you will need. During the consultation we will discuss treatment length and cost.
Do you offer refunds?
I ask for payment 24 hours before a session to hold that space for you. If you need to cancel, unfortunately that is non-refundable, but I will try and re-arrange if I am able.

How long are the sessions?
Most sessions are one hour, although some (e.g. smoking cessation) are 90 minutes. This will all be discussed in our consultation so that you are clear beforehand.
